Focusing on being there for clients is a key to success

“Focus on what you can control and change.” This is a favorite quote of our Strategic Account Executive of the Year Lauren Sproles. Lauren’s focus on her clients and her peers has made her an invaluable member of the ExamOne sales team. Lauren shares other practices that have helped make her successful over her last 10 years at ExamOne.

What is the most rewarding part of your job or what do you love most about it?

The best part of my job is working with each of my customers to develop solutions for their unique needs. Whether it’s designing a new workflow, solving a service issue or discovering new ideas for their business, being able to help our customers in any way that I can is what drives me. I also love the people I work with, both internally and at each carrier company.

What’s a unique strategy that helps you serve our customers better?

Responsiveness to a customer goes a long way.  Frequent interactions, whether it’s face-to-face or phone/email, being present in the day-to-day requests from our customers and being an advocate for our customers is also very important and has helped me, I believe, win business and better serve our customers.

When Lauren isn’t out working with our clients, she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, and husband, perfecting her yoga poses, sprucing up her home, and walking her dog Cooper.
