Thank you for your patience during the global information outage that occurred on July 19. Quest and ExamOne worked diligently to respond, recover, and restore our operations. We have restored our systems affected outage on Friday. However, there may be some short-term impact on laboratory turnaround times as our teams regain complete functionality.
Applicants are welcome to visit our ExamOne offices and Patient Service Centers (PSC) as normal. Many PSCs will offer extended hours to accommodate rescheduled appointments. We appreciate your patience at the PSCs as we expect higher traffic the first few days of this week.
