What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy helping the ExamOne business succeed through good people strategies designed to engage our employees and provide world class products and services to our clients.
We talk a lot about commitment at ExamOne—how does that influence your role?
With a behind-the-scenes role where I don’t interact with clients regularly, I believe my commitment is in supporting the work our leaders and employees do to service our clients. That can vary daily based on the needs of our clients, departments, leaders and employees. Being committed to all means being flexible enough to change directions and realign based on the needs of our constituents.

I believe everyone needs a reminder that they can do and are more than they seem. How we treat others and believe in them makes working for them that much easier—just remember everything we do is for our clients and our team’s success.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
I am a runner, and I recently completed my first marathon in January 2018. I am a soccer mom and love watching my daughter play. I also enjoy traveling with my husband and daughter and always have several trips planned each year.
