This time of year, we like to acknowledge the importance of our front-line and behind-the-scenes employees. During Life Insurance Examiner Appreciation Week (last week of August) and Life Insurance Awareness Month in September we want to highlight some of our employees who have “saved the day” for applicants and clients. These “Life Insurance Savers” regularly take the extra steps to provide superior customer service.
“Your coworkers, applicants, clients, and I want to express our sincere gratitude for the vital work our examiners do. I am beyond proud of the strong network of dedicated and committed examiners whom I encountered this year. I hope you feel the appreciation this week and all year long from the many lives you touch.” – Stuart Smith, ExamOne President
Michael Willard and Ron Powell in Portland, Oregon
You never know about our Pacific coast weather, but our examiners are prepared. Two winters ago Michael’s vehicle was stuck and he had to hike on foot the last couple of blocks to make the appointment. No weather stops Ron Powell. He is a 73-year-old Vietnam vet who will go anywhere for us at any time. Our Portland office is proud to call these gentleman our examiners. – Judy Bannister, ExamOne Office Manager
“Tamara Clark provided the best and most thorough exam and went above and beyond to explain each and every detail to both myself and my wife. She was so professional and courteous and made the entire exam experience totally painless. Kudos for hiring such a devoted and professional employee!” – Life insurance applicant
Amanda Lamar and Ian Anderson in South Bend, Indiana
Amanda and Ian are our go-to examiners. They always have a quick, “yes,” to say when asked to help. Both are always on the move. When Amanda’s car was in the shop, she rented a car to make sure she didn’t miss any appointments. And Ian jumps in his pickup truck and travels outside his coverage area when he is needed. It’s awesome to have them on our team. – Annette McCreary, ExamOne Office Manager
“Ruby Collins was wonderful and made the entire process absolutely pleasant. She was very professional and personable, and developed wonderful rapport with both myself and my pets. The experience was so great that, as an agent, I only want to have ExamOne complete the paramed exams for my clients. Just a fantastic lady. Five stars!”
– Life insurance applicant and agent
Jennifer Spencer and Kathryn (Kathy) Eliason in Salt Lake City, Utah
These ladies go above and beyond constantly for our applicants. I believe our business has grown because of the relationships they have built. Jennifer treats all applicants with kindness and compassion, and her applicant feedback has always been very positive. Kathy is a retired registered nurse who enjoys the interaction that she gets with our applicants. She uses her years of experience with phlebotomy collections to help with difficult draws when needed.
– Jennifer Bingham, Cheryl Berg, Hazel Andersen, and Stacey Phillips, ExamOne Office Staff
“Katherine Mcbee was very professional and explained everything to me. She is a great representative of your company. I’ve been an agent for 43 years and will highly recommend your company to the agencies I know. Thank you again!”
– Life insurance applicant and agent
Thank you again to these examiners for being “Life Insurance Savers” and going above and beyond for applicants and clients. Because of these vital employees more individuals completed the important step of protecting their families with life insurance.
