Extra steps toward superior customer service – our “Life Insurance Savers”

This time of year, we like to acknowledge the importance of our front-line and behind-the-scenes employees. During Life Insurance Examiner Appreciation Week (last week of August) and Life Insurance Awareness Month in September we want to highlight some of our employees who have “saved the day” for applicants and clients. These “Life Insurance Savers” regularly take the extra steps to provide superior customer service.

You never know about our Pacific coast weather, but our examiners are prepared. Two winters ago Michael’s vehicle was stuck and he had to hike on foot the last couple of blocks to make the appointment. No weather stops Ron Powell. He is a 73-year-old Vietnam vet who will go anywhere for us at any time. Our Portland office is proud to call these gentleman our examiners. – Judy Bannister, ExamOne Office Manager

When Amanda’s car was in the shop, she rented a car to make sure she didn’t miss any appointments. And Ian jumps in his pickup truck and travels outside his coverage area when he is needed.
