How we can help: Our new campaign will tell you how

Our ExamOne Superior Solutions clients were recently greeted at a life insurance brokerage trade show with the smiling face of one of our examiners, Guadalupe. She let our clients know that with our extensive network of examiners she ensures, “We’ve got you covered.” James and Brena from our Customer Services Department were also around. They both expressed, “Leave it to us,” when it comes to handling daily operational client requests and applicant phone calls.

No, Guadalupe didn’t stop by on her way to an applicant exam appointment. And no, James and Brena didn’t take time away from the phones to come to the event. It was their “How we can help” attitude and life-size images of them and other members of our committed staff that greeted clients at our booth. ExamOne Superior Solutions prides itself on our tailored services and concierge approach to customer service. That’s why we want to shine the spotlight on some of the real people providing this high level of service and ultimately helping you do what you do best – service your clients.
