What is the most rewarding part of your job or what do you love most about it?
The best part of my job is working with each of my customers to develop solutions for their unique needs. Whether it’s designing a new workflow, solving a service issue or discovering new ideas for their business, being able to help our customers in any way that I can is what drives me. I also love the people I work with, both internally and at each carrier company.
What’s a unique strategy that helps
you serve our customers better?
Responsiveness
to a customer goes a long way. Frequent interactions, whether it’s
face-to-face or phone/email, being present in the day-to-day requests from our
customers and being an advocate for our customers is also very important and
has helped me, I believe, win business and better serve our customers.
